How it is made
Cold-pressed from a wheat germ, unrefined, and bottled in dark glass to keep the light out. We work in small batches, made to order rather than mass-produced, with no heat, no chemical solvents and no blending, just the hand of a maker in every bottle. Every batch is checked for quality, and the whole range is vegan, GMO-free and ISO 22000 certified.
In the kitchen
Best kept for cold dishes rather than the pan. Stir into dressings, spoon over salads, or blend a little into a smoothie.
What is naturally inside
Naturally contains vitamin E, the nutrient wheat germ is best known for, along with the unsaturated fats found in the grain.
Storage
Keep somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and light, and use within 18 to 24 months. Reseal the bottle tightly between uses.
