Natura Harmony Ltd Privacy Policy
Last Revised: 31 March 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Natura Harmony Ltd collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit or make a purchase through our website at naturaharmony.co.uk (also accessible at naturaharmony.shop and naturaharmony.store), together referred to as “the Website”.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This Policy covers only the data collected through the Website. If you purchase from our Amazon store at amazon.co.uk, Amazon’s own privacy policy applies to that transaction and we have no access to data collected by Amazon in connection with it.
1. Who We Are
Our website address is: https://naturaharmony.co.uk
Natura Harmony Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this Website.
| Registered office | 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF |
| Correspondence address | 13 Elm Road, Kingswood, Bristol, Gloucestershire, BS15 9SP |
| office@naturaharmony.co.uk |
2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why
2.1 Browsing and shopping
While you visit our Website, we track the following to ensure the shop works correctly and to estimate delivery costs:
- Products you have recently viewed – used to display your recently viewed items
- Your location, IP address and browser type – used to estimate delivery options
- Shipping address (if entered before checkout) – used to estimate delivery costs
We also use cookies to keep track of your basket contents while you browse.
2.2 Checkout and orders
Our store uses guest checkout. You do not need to create an account to place an order. When you check out, we ask you to provide:
- Name
- Billing and delivery address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment details (processed directly by WooPayments or PayPal – we never see or store your full card details)
We use this information to:
- Send you confirmation of your order and updates on delivery
- Respond to your requests, including queries, refunds, and complaints
- Process your payment securely and help prevent fraud
- Arrange delivery through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF)
- Comply with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements
WooCommerce and its associated plugins may retain the name, email address, phone number, and delivery address you entered at checkout. This data is kept for the purpose of processing your current order, handling any follow-up issues such as refunds or delivery queries, and meeting our legal retention obligations. We do not use this data for marketing purposes.
2.3 Contact form
When you submit a contact form on the Website, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is sent to us by email and is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not store contact form submissions in a separate database or use them for marketing purposes.
2.4 Wholesale and B2B enquiries
If you contact us about wholesale, private label, or B2B supply, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. This data is used only to handle your enquiry and any subsequent business relationship.
2.5 Media uploads
If you upload any images or files to the Website (for example, through a support request), please be aware that uploaded images may contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS data). We recommend removing such data from files before uploading. Any files you upload may be accessible to other visitors to the Website.
2.6 Embedded content from other websites
Some pages and blog articles on this Website include embedded content from third-party services, such as YouTube or Vimeo videos. Embedded content behaves in the same way as if you had visited those third-party websites directly.
These third-party services may collect data about you, set their own cookies, use additional tracking technologies, and monitor your interaction with that content – including if you have an account with that service and are logged in. We have no control over how these third parties handle your data. Please refer to the relevant provider’s privacy policy for details.
3. Who Within Our Team Has Access
Members of our team with administrative or shop management access are able to view:
- Order information – what was purchased, when, and the delivery address
- Customer details – name, email address, billing and delivery information
This access is limited to what is necessary to fulfil orders, process refunds, and assist customers. We do not share customer data with any other team members or outside parties except as described in Section 4 below.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the third-party service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements and may use it only for the purposes we instruct.
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| WooPayments (powered by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) | Secure payment processing | Ireland / UK |
| PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. | Secure payment processing | Luxembourg |
| Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) | Order fulfilment and delivery | United Kingdom |
| SiteGround | Website hosting | United Kingdom |
| Google LLC (Analytics 4, Tag Manager) | Website analytics – anonymised browsing data | USA |
| Google LLC (Google Ads, Merchant Center) | Product catalogue sync; conversion tracking (transaction data on purchase) | USA |
| YouTube / Vimeo | Embedded video content in blog articles | USA |
A note on Google services: we use two separate Google integrations. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager collect anonymised browsing data to help us understand how the Website is used. Separately, the Google for WooCommerce plugin connects the Website to Google Merchant Center and Google Ads. Through this integration, product data (titles, descriptions, prices, and availability) is synchronised with Google Merchant Center so our products can appear in Google Shopping. When a customer completes a purchase, transactional data – including the order total, transaction ID, and items purchased – is sent to Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of any advertising. No payment card data is included in any of these transfers, and Enhanced Conversions (which would involve sending hashed personal data such as email addresses to Google) is not enabled.
If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email as a standard WordPress security measure.
We may also disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights or safety of Natura Harmony Ltd, our customers, or the public.
We do not transfer customer personal data to our production partner in Ukraine. Our manufacturing relationship is entirely commercial and no customer data is shared in connection with it.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred to a country not covered by a UK adequacy decision, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent contractual protections approved by the ICO.
The main international transfers from this Website are:
- WooPayments / Stripe: payment data may be processed in the United States by Stripe, LLC, under the UK IDTA.
- PayPal: data may be processed in the United States under equivalent contractual protections.
- Google Analytics and Tag Manager: anonymised browsing data is processed in the United States by Google LLC under the UK IDTA.
- Google Merchant Center and Google Ads: product catalogue data (titles, prices, availability) is synchronised with Google Merchant Center. When a purchase is completed on the Website, transactional data (order value, transaction ID, and products purchased) is sent to Google Ads for conversion measurement. This data does not include payment card details. Processing is covered by the UK IDTA.
- YouTube / Vimeo: if you interact with embedded video content, data may be processed in the United States under those providers’ own terms.
If you would like more information about the transfer safeguards we use, please contact us at office@naturaharmony.co.uk.
6. How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Our store is configured with the following retention periods:
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Completed orders | 12 months |
| Refunded orders | 12 months |
| Pending orders | 30 days |
| Failed orders | 30 days |
| Cancelled orders | 30 days |
| Contact form and B2B enquiry records | 2–3 years from receipt |
| Order and transaction records (tax and accounting) | 7 years |
| Website analytics data | Up to 26 months (Google Analytics default) |
After the relevant retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised. You can request early deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8), subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website. Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), we are required to obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.
Essential cookies
These are strictly necessary for the Website to work and do not require your consent. They include:
- Session and basket cookies – keep your basket contents while you browse and maintain your login session
- Login cookies – set when you log in; login cookies last two days, screen preference cookies last one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login persists for two weeks. These are removed when you log out.
- Security cookies – a temporary cookie is set when you visit the login page to check that your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser.
- Checkout and payment cookies – used to process your order and payment securely
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Website. This data is anonymised and processed by Google LLC in the United States. You can opt out at any time by updating your cookie preferences on the Website or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third-party cookies (embedded content)
Pages that include embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos may set cookies from those providers when you interact with the content. These are third-party cookies outside our control. Please refer to the relevant provider’s privacy policy for details.
Managing your cookie preferences
You can review and update your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings on the Website or through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Website functions.
8. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights over your personal data:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you |
| Rectification | Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data |
| Erasure | Ask us to delete your personal data. We process erasure requests using WooCommerce’s built-in data removal tools. Note that we may be required to retain certain records (such as order and tax records) for legal reasons even following an erasure request. |
| Restriction | Ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances |
| Objection | Object to processing based on legitimate interests |
| Data portability | Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format |
To exercise any of these rights, please email office@naturaharmony.co.uk with “Data Protection Request” in the subject line. We will respond within one calendar month.
Right to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection supervisory authority. We would welcome the chance to address your concerns first, so please do contact us before approaching the ICO.

9. How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, or alteration. These include:
- HTTPS encryption across the Website
- Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers (WooPayments and PayPal) – we do not store or access full payment card details
- Access to customer data restricted to authorised team members only
No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any login and to keep it confidential.
10. Data Breach Procedures
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will also notify you directly without undue delay.
If you become aware of any security vulnerability or suspect that your personal data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at office@naturaharmony.co.uk.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their personal data, please contact us at office@naturaharmony.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.
12. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with your personal data. No decisions that significantly affect you are made solely by automated means.
13. How We Communicate With You
We want to make sure you can always tell when you are genuinely dealing with Natura Harmony Ltd. Please read the following carefully.
We only ever contact customers from email addresses ending in @naturaharmony.co.uk. If you receive a message claiming to be from us from any other domain, do not respond to it and do not click any links in it.
We will never ask you for any of the following, whether by email, message, or any other means:
- Your password or account login details
- Full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or card PINs
- One-time passcodes or authentication codes from your bank, card provider, or any authenticator app
- Your online banking credentials
- Remote access to your device
If you ever receive a message that appears to be from Natura Harmony Ltd asking for any of the above, treat it as fraudulent. Please contact us directly at office@naturaharmony.co.uk to report it.
We do not make unsolicited phone calls to customers. If a member of our team calls you, it will only be because you have previously contacted us, requested a call back, or indicated that a phone call is your preferred method of communication. We will never call you unexpectedly to ask for payment details, personal information, or account access.
If you receive an unexpected call from someone claiming to represent Natura Harmony Ltd, you are welcome to end the call and contact us directly at office@naturaharmony.co.uk to verify.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page. Natura Harmony Sales, Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation Policy
Last Revised: 31 March 2026
This policy sets out the terms that apply to purchases of Natura Harmony products depending on where and how you buy them. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
This policy is publicly available at naturaharmony.co.uk/sales-returns-policy and is linked from our checkout page. By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand this policy before placing your order.
1. Our Sales Channels
Natura Harmony Ltd sells its products through three official channels:
- Amazon.co.uk – our official Amazon store at amazon.co.uk
- eBay.co.uk – our official eBay store at ebay.co.uk
- Our website – naturaharmony.co.uk (also accessible at naturaharmony.shop and naturaharmony.store)
The terms that apply to your purchase depend on which channel you used. If you are unsure, check your order confirmation email.
We do not authorise sales through any other marketplace, third-party retailer, or platform. Always verify that you are purchasing from our official store before completing a transaction — on Amazon, eBay, or anywhere else. We cannot accept responsibility for products purchased from unverified sources.
2. Purchases Made Through Amazon.co.uk or eBay.co.uk
If you purchased Natura Harmony products through our official Amazon store, your order is governed entirely by Amazon’s policies, including their terms for returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery. Amazon is solely responsible for the fulfilment and resolution of those orders. For any queries or return requests, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly through your Amazon account.
If you purchased through our official eBay store, your order is governed by eBay’s buyer and seller terms, including their policies for returns, refunds, and dispute resolution. eBay is the platform through which those transactions are managed. For any queries or issues related to an eBay purchase, please use eBay’s messaging system or resolution centre in the first instance.
We are unable to process returns, refunds, or cancellations for Amazon or eBay orders outside of those platforms’ own processes.
3. Purchases Made Through Our Website
3.1 Your right to cancel
All Natura Harmony oils are food products supplied in sealed glass bottles with tamper-evident packaging.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase from our website you have a 14-day right to cancel your order without giving a reason, beginning the day after you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, the tamper-evident seal on every bottle must remain completely unbroken. Once a seal has been broken, the right to cancel is lost. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from the cancellation right. We do not accept returns of any product whose seal has been broken, regardless of how much of the contents has been used.
If you wish to cancel a sealed, unopened order within the 14-day period, please notify us at sales@naturaharmony.co.uk as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- You are also responsible for the original outbound delivery cost. The delivery charge paid at checkout is non-refundable upon return, as it reflects a service already rendered.
- We will refund the price of the goods only, within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided they arrive in the condition described below.
- Goods must be returned with the tamper-evident seal intact, in undamaged condition, and in packaging sufficient to protect the glass bottles in transit. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please contact us at office@naturaharmony.co.uk.
3.2 Delivery
Orders placed through our website are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). Your products are stored at Amazon’s fulfilment centre and dispatched by Amazon on our behalf. Delivery timescales and tracking are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect address being provided.
3.3 Our right to decline orders and purchase limits
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any order placed through our website at our sole discretion and without being required to give a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear unusual in volume, frequency, or pattern, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of our cancellation or returns process.
To ensure fair access to our products and to protect the integrity of our store, we may apply purchase limits per order or per customer at our discretion. For example, we may limit the number of units of a single product per order, or restrict the number of orders placed by a single buyer within a given period. Unusually high order volumes from a single buyer may be declined or reduced without notice.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for in full or in part, we will issue a corresponding refund promptly.
We also reserve the right to place any order on hold pending manual review. This may occur where an order is of unusually high value, where the delivery address raises concern, or where any other aspect of the order appears inconsistent or suspicious.
If an order is placed on hold, we will send a notification to the email address provided at checkout explaining that the order requires verification. At that point, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us at sales@naturaharmony.co.uk to resolve the matter. We will not dispatch any order that is on hold until verification is complete.
If we have not heard from the buyer within 7 days of sending the hold notification, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. The refund will be processed no later than 15 days from the date of the original hold notification, regardless of whether contact has been made. We are not responsible for delays caused by the buyer’s failure to respond.
We further reserve the right to decline future orders from any customer where we have identified a pattern of returns, cancellations, or misuse of our policies.
3.4 Order cancellations
Once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as fulfilment may begin immediately. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@naturaharmony.co.uk and we will make every effort to assist. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
4. Damaged Goods – Website Orders Only
4.1 What qualifies as a damaged product
We take packaging quality seriously. Given the nature of our products — cold-pressed oils in sealed glass bottles — we consider a product to be damaged only where a bottle or bottles have been broken or physically compromised during transit, rendering the contents unusable.
Minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer packaging, such as light scuffing to the cardboard box, do not qualify as damage to the product.
4.2 How to report a damaged delivery
To be eligible for our voluntary replacement programme, you must report a damaged delivery to us on the same day you receive it. We require same-day reporting because the condition of the product and its packaging can only be reliably assessed at the point of delivery. Claims submitted after the day of delivery will not be eligible for replacement under this policy.
Please note that nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply independently of the reporting timeline set out above.
To submit a claim, please send an email to sales@naturaharmony.co.uk with the subject line “Damaged Order – [your order number]”. Your email must be sent from the same email address you used when placing your order. Claims submitted from a different address cannot be processed.
Your email must include all of the following:
- Your order number
- The date and time you received the delivery
- The delivery location (e.g. doorstep, reception, left with neighbour)
- Clear photographs of the damaged product(s) from all sides
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging from all sides, including any visible damage
- Clear photographs of all labels on the parcel, including the delivery label and any carrier markings
Incomplete claims, or claims that do not include all required photographs and information, will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional evidence where we consider it necessary to assess the claim.
4.3 Resolution
If your claim is approved following our review, we will send you a replacement for the damaged item or items. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations in lieu of replacement. Approved claims result in replacement only.
We reserve the right to decline claims where the evidence provided is insufficient, inconsistent, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the damage did not occur during transit.
5. Non-Delivery – Website Orders Only
Non-delivery of a correctly addressed order is rare. If you believe your order has not arrived, please first check your tracking information and allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us.
If your order remains undelivered after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at sales@naturaharmony.co.uk from the email address you used to place the order, including your order number and delivery address.
We reserve the right to investigate non-delivery claims before taking any action. This may include requesting supporting evidence from you and obtaining information from Amazon MCF and the carrier. We will not arrange a replacement or take further action until our investigation is complete.
We are not responsible for non-delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, where delivery was refused, or where a parcel was not collected within the carrier’s holding period.
6. Unofficial Sellers and Counterfeit Products
You may occasionally come across third-party sellers on eBay, social media, or other platforms offering products under the Natura Harmony name. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, or safety of products sold by sellers we have not authorised. We strongly recommend purchasing only through our official channels listed in Section 1 of this policy.
If you are unsure whether a seller is officially affiliated with Natura Harmony Ltd, you are welcome to contact us before making a purchase. We will confirm whether a seller is authorised.
If you come across a listing or seller that you believe may be selling counterfeit, misrepresented, or unauthorised Natura Harmony products, please report it to us. We take such matters seriously and will investigate every report we receive.
To report a suspected unofficial seller, please email office@naturaharmony.co.uk with the subject line “Unofficial Seller Report” and include all of the following:
- A full description of the situation
- The platform or website where you found the listing
- A direct link to the listing
- Screenshots of the listing, including the seller name, product images, price, and any descriptions used
- Any photographs if you have already received the product
Incomplete reports without supporting evidence or links may not be actionable. The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product supplied through our website is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may have additional rights beyond those set out here. In such cases, please contact us at sales@naturaharmony.co.uk.
For further information on your consumer rights, visit gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The current version will always be available on this page. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
Legal Framework and Terminology
This section explains the key legislation and terms referenced in this policy. All policies published on this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
UK regulations (SI 2013/3134) that govern contracts made at a distance, including online sales. They set out the information traders must provide to consumers before a contract is concluded, establish the 14-day right to cancel most distance contracts, and define the circumstances in which that right may be lost — including for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. These regulations apply to all orders placed through our website.
Official source: legislation.gov.uk — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Consumer Rights Act 2015
The primary UK statute governing the rights of consumers when purchasing goods, services, and digital content. Under this Act, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. It establishes a tiered system of remedies for consumers where goods do not conform to the contract, including the 30-day short-term right to reject, the right to repair or replacement, and the final right to reject. Statutory rights under this Act apply independently of any returns or cancellation policy set by the trader.
Official source: legislation.gov.uk — Consumer Rights Act 2015
Fraud Act 2006
UK legislation that establishes criminal offences relating to fraud, including fraud by false representation and fraud by abuse of position. Deliberately misrepresenting the condition of goods, fabricating damage claims, or systematically exploiting returns and cancellation processes for financial gain may constitute a criminal offence under this Act. Natura Harmony Ltd reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
Official source: legislation.gov.uk — Fraud Act 2006
Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024
UK legislation that, among other provisions, strengthens enforcement powers against unfair contract terms and unfair commercial practices. It grants the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) the power to impose significant financial penalties directly, without requiring a court order. All terms in our policies are drafted to comply with the requirements of this Act.
Official source: legislation.gov.uk — Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024
Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024
UK legislation in force from 6 April 2025 that governs unfair commercial practices, replacing the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 for practices occurring after that date. It prohibits misleading actions, misleading omissions, and aggressive commercial practices by traders toward consumers. The Act grants the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) direct enforcement powers, including the ability to impose fines of up to 10% of worldwide turnover or £300,000 (whichever is higher) without requiring a court order.

1. About Our Products
Natura Harmony Ltd produces and supplies cold-pressed, unrefined, 100% pure edible plant oils. Our products are food products, sold for culinary use. They are not dietary supplements, not medicinal products, and not intended for therapeutic, clinical, or cosmetic purposes.
We do not make any health claims in relation to our products beyond the factual nutritional composition of each oil (such as fatty acid and vitamin content), which is disclosed on product labels in accordance with UK food labelling regulations. Any reference to nutritional content on this website — such as omega-3, omega-6, or vitamin E levels — is provided as factual information about the composition of the oil and does not constitute a health claim, a claim of therapeutic benefit, or a recommendation for medical use.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as suggesting that our products do so.
2. Product Information Accuracy
We take care to ensure that product information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, product formulations, labels, and packaging may occasionally be updated by our production partner, and such changes may not always be reflected on this website immediately.
The product label and packaging are always the primary source of information about a product. If there is any difference between what is displayed on this website and what appears on the physical product you receive, the information on the product label takes precedence.
We strongly recommend that you read the product label in full before use, including any storage instructions, best before date, and allergy information. If you have specific dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances, please review the label carefully before consuming the product.
3. Not Medical Advice
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, nutritional, or health advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified medical practitioner, dietitian, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it on the basis of anything you have read on this website. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any other medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.
4. Personal Use and Individual Responsibility
Our oils are natural, plant-derived food products. As with any food product, individual responses may vary. Some people may have sensitivities or allergies to specific plant-derived ingredients. It is your responsibility to check the product label and satisfy yourself that a product is suitable for you before consuming it.
If you choose to use our oils in ways other than culinary — for example, for personal care — that is entirely at your own discretion and risk. We make no representations, warranties, or recommendations regarding such use, and we accept no liability for any outcomes arising from use of our products outside their intended culinary purpose.
5. Blog and Editorial Content
Our blog, The Natura Harmony Journal, contains articles about cold-pressed plant oils, including recipes, culinary applications, and editorial coverage of how such oils are used more broadly. Some articles may reference how plant oils are used by others in personal care or skincare contexts. This content is editorial and informational in nature — it reflects how these oils are widely used and understood by cooks, food writers, and consumers generally. It does not represent a recommendation or endorsement by Natura Harmony Ltd of any non-culinary use.
Natura Harmony Ltd produces edible plant oils positioned exclusively as food products. Our manufacturing, certification, and supply chain are food-grade. Any wider applications of plant oils described in our blog content are provided as general context drawn from publicly available knowledge, and should not be taken as product recommendations for those purposes.
6. Third-Party Information
Natura Harmony Ltd accepts no liability for any inaccuracies in product information originating from our production partner or any third-party source. We always recommend relying on the physical product label as the definitive source of information.
This website may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
7. Regulatory Compliance
Our products and the information we publish about them are intended to comply with the following UK regulatory frameworks:
- The Food Safety Act 1990
- The Food Information Regulations 2014 (UK FIR)
- Assimilated Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods, as amended by The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and 2020
