How it is made
Cold-pressed from a batch of food-grade hemp seed, unrefined, and bottled in dark glass to keep the light out. We work in small batches, made to order rather than mass-produced, with no heat, no chemical solvents and no blending, just the hand of a maker in every bottle. Every batch is checked for quality, and the whole range is vegan, GMO-free and ISO 22000 certified.
In the kitchen
At its best in cold dishes. Stir into dressings, drizzle over salads, or blend a little into a smoothie or grain bowl. Not one for high-heat cooking.

Storage
Keep somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and light, and use within 18 to 24 months. Reseal the bottle tightly between uses.
