How it is made
Cold-pressed from a single seed variety, unrefined, and bottled in dark glass to keep the light out. We work in small batches, made to order rather than mass-produced, with no heat, no chemical solvents and no blending, just the hand of a maker in every bottle. Every batch is checked for quality, and the whole range is vegan, GMO-free and ISO 22000 certified.
In the kitchen
One for cold dishes only, never the pan. Stir through porridge, blend into smoothies or yoghurt, or add to any dressing that wants a quiet, nutty lift.
What is naturally inside
Naturally contains omega-3 (ALA), the fat flax is best known for, along with vitamin E.
Storage
Keep somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and light, and use within 18 to 24 months. Reseal the bottle tightly between uses.
