How it is made
Cold-pressed from a single batch of grain, unrefined, and bottled in dark glass to keep the light out. We work in small batches, made to order rather than mass-produced, with no heat, no chemical solvents and no blending, just the hand of a maker in every bottle. Every batch is checked for quality, and the whole range is vegan, GMO-free and ISO 22000 certified. You can read more on why we never refine our oils in our Journal.
In the kitchen
Works a treat in dressings, dips and marinades, or as the base for a flavourful homemade sauce.
What is naturally inside
Naturally contains vitamin E and the unsaturated fats found in the grain.
Storage
Keep somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and light, and use within 18 to 24 months. Reseal the bottle tightly between uses.
