How it is made
Cold-pressed from a batch of rose hip seeds, unrefined, and bottled in dark glass to keep the light out. We work in small batches, made to order rather than mass-produced, with no heat, no chemical solvents and no blending, just the hand of a maker in every bottle. Every batch is checked for quality, and the whole range is vegan, GMO-free and ISO 22000 certified.
In the kitchen
Light enough for delicate vinaigrettes and cold dressings, or drizzled over fresh salads and grain-based dishes as a finishing touch.

Naturally contains vitamins A and C and the unsaturated fats found in rose hip seeds.
Storage
Keep somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and light, and use within 18 to 24 months. Reseal the bottle tightly between uses.
